"You must have a phone or internet in order to check in. Very inconvenient for international travelers. There is no reception. No one physically present. Internet was an issue during the stay. On and off (mostly off) during the whole stay. Best bed ever. We had a twin and requested a change to king. It was fine immediately. The mattress topper was amazing. Excellent linen and pillows. "The apartment is situated in a good location - with excellent bus service. However the apt is on a busy road so was a bit noisy with the windows open. With 5 adults we had to be very efficient with the one bathroom. The apt could be better equipped - more mugs for example. the owner was very responsive to the requests we made during our stay. Overall, a pleasant stay."

"Vielfältige Enttäuschung: Pool war nicht mit Wasser gefüllt, uns wurde vor der Buchung noch eine genaue Gebrauchsanweisung von Schlüsseln, Saugroboter und Poolnutzung geschickt. Wohnung völlig überhitzt (>38 Grad) durch defekte Wärmepumpe, später traten dann stark riechende Dämpfe von Lösungsmitteln oder Kältemitteln aus. Kommunikation mit der Agentur war schwierig. Wir sind früher abgereist."

"Hallo, wir waren mit 3 Personen in dem kleinen Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Informationen über die Umgebung sind reichlich vorhanden. Besonders möchte ich noch den herrlichen Ausblick, bis rüber Jura erwähnen. Kinderspielzeug und Spiele für Erwachsene sind vorhanden. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden gerne im Sommer noch einmal kommen. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall das schöne Ferienhaus mal zu besuchen"

"We stayed here to visit friends who live in zweisimmen. The house is a 10 min walk to trains or the ski hill. We loved the skiing. My wife who doesn’t ski made day trips by train to nearby towns. We thought the price was fair. The only minor down side is the step access, 100 up or 120 down. We especially loved a fire at night. Zwieimmen is a jewel of a ski town."

"About a 10 minute walk from Bern Train Station. Located right next to clock tower and less than 5 minutes from historic old town. Coop full supermarket right next door. Lots of food options. Free buffet breakfast with fresh fruit, meats, cheese, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, cereal, fresh croissants and bread, lots of vegan friendly options to fuel up before exploring the city. Dual coffee and expresso makers in the breakfast area for making any cafe drinks. Wonderful staff at hotel. Room was nice and spacious. Solid comfortable bed and bedding. Close to the river for walking or running. Highly recommend to others and would definitely stay again. "
