「The place was just as advertised! Check-in was smooth and we were greeted by Jon, the property manager, with local rum punch and champagne from the host. Since we arrived on a Sunday after grocery stores close, Jon was also kind enough to pick up some essentials from the grocery store and had them stocked in the kitchen just prior to our arrival. 「Reydon was a great host. Very communicative. His house is lovely and the ocean views are even better in person than his pics. The beach is at the bottom of the hill and they have a beach bar and 30 for loungers/umbrella. Masseys grocery is large and had everything my gluten free daughter needed. The Deck restaurant is within walking distance and was really good. We ate there twice and enjoyed sunset views. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「We had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa. It was spotlessly clean and very well furnished. The pool was a definite bonus! The villa is located right next to bus stops with a quick and very cheap bus ride into Holetown and along the coast. 「 Five adults just returned from a ten day stay at Villa Seawards and are already missing it. The Villa is even better in person, although you can see how nice it is in the pictures. 「The Villa & surroundings were lovely. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms but not main living areas which did make the living area quite hot but it was it was a lovely stay. Kitchen was very well stocked & the villa was very clean. We would consider returning to the villa for our next stay.」

Short 5-10min drive to either holetown or speighstown which have a wide range of shops and resturanats. The beach oppsite is simply wonderful with a number of bars and beach shacks.
