This expansive property features two levels, each outfitted with three sumptuous bedrooms, and an additional private apartment suite (for a total of 7 bedrooms), offering a taste of private paradise when the entire property is rented.

Both levels are complete with their own entrance, kitchen, dining, living areas, and laundry facilities, providing the perfect blend of communal spaces and private retreats. Enjoy the elegance of the primary and secondary bedrooms with beautiful ensuite baths, and the convenience of the third bedrooms also having their own bathroom. The sweeping wrap-around porches are the ideal spot to unwind and gaze out over Charlotte Amalie Harbor, with its spellbinding 220º views reaching to the distant horizons of St. Croix, Vieques, Culebra, and Puerto Rico.

Skyline Sunshine provides parking for up to 7 vehicles and features separate entrances for each level, ensuring both convenience and privacy. Whether the units are rented together or separately—with shared pool access in the latter scenario—the villa is perfectly situated just minutes from the heart of Charlotte Amalie and world-famous Magen’s Bay. The property ensures comfort with air conditioning throughout and an emergency generator backup, allowing you to indulge in the peaceful mornings and vibrant sunsets that will frame each day in this vacation paradise!

Note: The owners live on the top level and will respect your privacy 100%. However, if your group is rowdy and may make a lot of noise, Skyline Sunshine probably isn't the best property for you.
