I really enjoyed my stay here- the location in the village was perfect- I ordered several meals from local restaurants and brought them back to enjoy on the balcony- the place was so comfortable, clean, and well decorated- one of my favorite St Simons stays-

A very clean and comfortable place. The host called before check in and gave a restaurant recommendation that was spot on (Georgia Sea Grill). Great location walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Very enjoyable weekend trip.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo. The location is centrally located in the Village - the wrap around porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The condo had everything we needed and was thoughtfully decorated. We hope to stay here again in the future!

This was a perfect location! Its located on the main street where all the restaurants, bars, shops and the pier!The condo was super clean, stocked with everything you need, and Jerry was an amazing host! We will definitely be returning and we are looking forward to spending more time exploring the area.

The very nice, well-decorated condo in the heart of the pier village provided us with easy access to shops, restaurants, pier/park area and beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were grateful for the excellent communication with owner and his recommendations for things to do and places to eat while there.

The condo was perfect. Very tastefully decorated. The location was right in the middle of everything. Shops, restaurants, the pier and more. Very clean and furnished with everything to make our stay extremely enjoyable.

I have been fortunate enough to travel to St. Simon's many times in the last 30 years and have stayed in numerous places all over the island. Words cannot express how well-appointed and beautiful this condo is! The location can't be beat! You are in the heart of the village with the hustle and bustle but the condo provided a peaceful and relaxing retreat. My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and already looking to return this summer!

Great location! We didn’t have to use our car the whole trip because there were so many shops and restaurants within walking distance! Very clean place with a great host! We will definitely stay there again!

Fantastic location in the center of Pier Village. Short walk to the pier, great restaurants and Mallory Park for Pickleball. The area gets crowded during the day so it’s great to have your own reserved parking spot. Nice updated unit. We will stay there again during our next visit to SSI.

Super nice! The condo is within walking distance to the beach, village and a vast number of restaurants. The wrap around porch is great for people watching. Parking is easy and safe. Our host, Jerry, responded to my question within minutes. He’s friendly and helpful. Ten stars in every category.

Great place to stay - walk to many of the sights and restaurants in downtown St SimonThe leaf blowing starts early in the am - nice alarm clock effect so you join the whole day

great Weekend Trip

This location is awesome. It is an up to date property with easy access to downtown restaurants and events. The owner was in contact with us through out the stay to make sure we were taken care of during our stay.
