Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this beautifully furnished two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 213 features has a good ocean view and is beautifully furnished with updated decor. All Beach Club residences feature complimentary wireless internet access.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children's bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!

Condo outdated

Uncomfortable living room sofa. Kitchen cabinets are sticky; paint coming off. Beds were impossibly too high for normal people. My 5'11" husband had a hard time getting in.Don't book unless you are 7 feet tall!

Property as expected- long way to the ocean & bulky furniture

The Beach Club is a nice little property with a great pool, and it’s right on the beach. However, where this is located on the beach makes for a very long walk to the water. This particular unit had VERY bulky furniture. Very poor use of the space. I wasn’t fond of the service used for cleaning and such. We did not get enough supplies in our “starter kit” for the amount of guests this unit says it holds. One roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms and 6 guests and only 4 towels. It served it’s purpose, and we liked the area.

Short vacation getaway

The place was in a wonderful location and right on the beach!!! The pool was great as well. Inside the condo the kitchen cabinets were not painted well and there was no Tupperware to keep our food. It wasn’t stocked as well as I would have hoped for, for example we made pizza one night and there was no pizza cutter. The shower was not as clean as I was would have liked too. Walking into the bedroom I almost stepped on a fish hook but luckily did not get hurt. Overall the location and amenities were great but the condo itself was not as great for the amount they asked for.

Not good.

I was disappointed when I walked in the door. The unit smells bad, like cigarettes, and it's not clean. More like just tidied. The kitchen cabinets are sticky, and the coffee maker was covered in old coffee grounds when I went to make coffee. Layer of dust on the furniture throughout. It feels like the pictures online were nice, but the unit itself is old and tired and in need of a deep clean, several updates, and fresh paint throughout.
