Oceanfront and Great Amenities!

Hodnett Cooper presents this two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access and barbecue grills as well as a fitness, and business center. All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club #124 has been recently updated with new furnishings, plantation shutters, and newly tiled baths. Additionally, this residence offers a courtyard view, oversized balcony, and complimentary in-room high speed internet service.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children's bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!

4th of July Weekend

Nice place on St. Simon's with pool and beach access. Heavy crowd on the holiday weekend so parking is a little limited, especially for big SUVs. Good condo. Pool needed a good cycling and cleaning the day after the 4th.

Our first trip to St. Simon's Island

We had a wonderful first visit. The app made check-in, check-out, and everything in between so easy. The pool was really nice and there were plenty of chairs each day. The office staff was so friendly and helpful. The grounds were clean and the landscaping was beautiful. I didn't give 5 stars on the cleanliness of the condo only because our master bedroom dresser was very dusty and the shower door looked like it hadn't been cleaned carefully. I am short, so the top of the tall dresser was in my line of sight, otherwise I probably wouldn't have even noticed. All in all, everything else was clean and enjoyable. I also gave 4 stars on overall because the parking spaces are extremely small so if you have anything other than a small SUV or car, it is very tight getting in and out of your car. But, they do have outside spaces for larger vehicles. We will definitely be back and I have given the rental information to 3 of my friends so far since we got home. We loved it!!

Great complex. Unit needs updating

We loved the beach club and this unit is very conveniently located near the elevator. We are large family (6 plus a baby) and we were able to fit pretty comfortably. The main issue for me was the dingy smell which seem to be coming from the fact that the ceiling vent in the kitchen had mold all around it. The towel rack in the guest bathroom also kept falling off the wall. I would’ve also like to have another cutting board and another large pot in the kitchen. Other than that, we loved our stay. The living room had plenty of seating for all of us.
