Direct entry and exit (not shared with other units) and a private deck/balcony. Explore the historical landmarks, bike and walk the vast network of pathways to parks, national monuments and of course- the beach! The unit is 3 miles from the beachfront. Looking for local cuisine? Saint Simons Island has a variety- southern soul food, fresh caught seafood, pizza pies, breakfast bistros and more! The shopping district offers unique and creative clothing and home decor options. Relax and enjoy one of our local spas! So much to explore and this bungalow location is great spot to start the journey and return for a dip in the pool, a quiet reflection on the deck or game night with your family and friends. This unit is a two story, 1.5 bath, two bedroom property with approximately 8 stairs to the second level where bedrooms can accommodate up to 4-5 people comfortably and is perfectly located just short drive or bike to the beach. Situated in a pet friendly community, with onsite amenities and supplies for well-behaved pets available for a reasonable non-refundable pet fee. This place was so inviting when we walked in. Beautifully decorated, everything you would need if you wanted to cook or have coffee in the morning. A cute little patio to have your coffee on. Close to the swimming pool. A very comfortable bed. Even a nice little snack basket. The owner even had dog snacks and bowls, although we did not have a dog with us. And chairs to use for your beach outing. Lots of restaurants in close proximity to choose from. This owner has thought of everything to make your stay a lovely experience.
