Adjacent to the historic King & Prince Beach Resort are the oceanfront King & Prince Villas. King & Prince 184 is located on the ground floor of the building and has stunning views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and King & Prince resort grounds.

Completely furnished with a designer's appeal and updated appointments throughout. Enjoy resort life…walk on the beach, take a dip in the resort pool, rent a catamaran or beach cruiser for the day, dine at the on-site restaurant or walk 1-block to several of the best dining options on St. Simons! Open your sliding door to the ocean front patio and enjoy the breeze & listen to the waves roll in! Located on the 1st floor of the highly desired north villas, your patio opens out to the sprawling lawn which is a perfect spot to let the kids play as you have your morning coffee or enjoy happy hour and take in the stunning ocean view. There is one designated covered parking space in addition to other first come first serve parking.

Please Note: While this unit does have access to the association pool it does not have access to King and Prince owned amenities such as the main resort pool or tennis courts. Should you have any questions regarding this, please reach out to us!

Great beach getaway

The property is exactly as listed. It was extremely clean and stocked with all necessities. It is just a few minute walk from the door to the ocean which makes hauling small children and beach gear very convenient. Our toddler loved running on the grassy lawn in the evenings and my husband and I enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the sunset at night. Perfect for just adults or families.

Perfect Ladies Getaway

We were four women all in our 30s and 40s needing a girls weekend getaway. This condo was PERFECT. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the sunrises in the morning off the back patio. The access to K&P was especially appreciated.

Beautiful setting and nice up-to-date condo! Everything we needed for a spring get away. The only problem was the water pressure in showers, practically non-existent. Otherwise, we loved location and condo!

Other than a rampant mosquito issue in the unit, this place is beautiful, clean, has a great view the ocean, and it is in a beautiful resort. They can figure out the mosquito issue, then it is an absolutely perfect place!

Beautiful view

The condo is absolutely lovely. Very clean and new. The location is fantastic. A short walk to local restaurants and the amenities offered at the King & Prince are excellent. We parked the car and didn't drive again until we left. My best friend and I do an annual girls' trip and this was a wonderful location. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent resort and location

King and Prince resort on St Simon Island is excellent. The pools and other amenities are very good. The property is very well maintained, the restaurant is superb and the prices are reasonable. I recommend it and I plan to visit again.
