Cozy 1 bedroom apartment attached 2 a cute beach house is renovated. U will enjoy the mid/south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk 2 Redfern Village & other entertainment. Bedroom has a king & living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Unit comes w/ new furnishings & business class wifi. Courtyard outside 4 great outdoor living. Unit includes usage to 2 bikes (Beach Cruisers) for additional fee. NO PETS ALLOWED. CONTACT ME for all listings.

Close to Redfern Village, short drive to beach and pier.

Has full size washer dryer in unit.

Includes usage to 2 beach cruiser bikes for additional fee.

If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20. Just let me know and I can do a money request.

STAIRS: Please note that although there are not any stairs for most of this unit, there are 2 steps that lead into the bedroom. You can see the steps sticking out in one of the listing pictures.

By booking on this platform, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. Additionally, please keep in mind that this cancellation policy is also maintained through all situations. For example, during Hurricane Season, it is important for guests to check if there is a large storm that would be approaching the United States and make a personal decision if it is best to keep the reservation or cancel the
reservation and schedule a different time. Your booking platform may offer vacation insurance which I believe can be purchased at the time of booking. However, we are not affiliated with that or know anything about that process or coverage. The guests would have to work with your booking platform directly in order to sort all of that out. However, if an evacuation is ordered for the area, then reservations will be canceled and fully refunded.

The house is a cute bungalow with adequate furnishings and location in the center of the island. Very nice to have the bikes with trails and things to do all over the island. Was pleased and would stay again.

Great time!

We had a wonderful stay at St. Simon’s. We enjoyed every aspect of our trip. Great restaurants, shopping , and visiting with old friends. The place we stayed was out standing. Very clean and supplies everything you need for a short stay. Nice kitchen with all the amenities. Loved it!

Cottage Review

The cottage was good! The location is great—only around 10 minutes from the main SSI attractions—and the owner was extremely nice and accommodating! Upon arrival, the cottage was clean and as pictured. It is perfect for a vacation with one other person. We wished more towels were provided for extended stays, but otherwise, it was a great stay. Additionally, as the cottage is attached to the house, noisy neighbors can become a problem. I would stay here again!

What an amazing property. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The property was extremely clean and had everything I needed for my short stay. I felt very comfortable taking my morning walks throughout the neighborhood. I would rebook this property again if I were to come back to the area. Definitely recommend!!

Clean, great location

House was clean and everything was fine. It wasn’t the most homey or comfortable place, but the it served the purpose, was a good value for the price and was clean. Owner was great at communicating and the location was near everything with just a short drive.

Darling and very clean and affordable place to stay. Definately all the amenities you need. Only thing we were disappointed in was the distance to the beach. Definately too far to ride a bike!

Perfect weekend stay

We were on the Island for a long weekend. The location was in the center of everything we wanted. Clean as a whistle and everything was well thought out. Might have liked a handrail at bedroom door. Hopefully we can return some day

Overall the location was really nice the building was clean it was very comfy and roomy checking in was super easy we have gotten our codes and they were easy to put in.
