Great location. Costumer service not so good. Staff expects guests to know their way around like where to get beach towels, how to use parking key, know about buffet option for breakfast, etc. Also expect to pay for daily parking garage $40 and also umbrellas and chairs are not included you have to pay those too at a “reduce” rate. Food is good. The hotel is attached to public parking deck so a lot of people who are not guests wonder around the hotel lobby. There’s no security, and some of the doors to get into the pool area are open so anyone can actually get in and use amenities
