This vacation home has been set up and used by the owner as a personal seasonal home, so you truly have all the comforts one could ask for in your own residence. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary equipment and more. The dining room has a large table that seats 8 and has French doors that lead to the screened patio and pool area with additional seating for al fresco dining. The backyard is private and completely fenced and has an outdoor gas grill and smoker perfect for backyard barbeques. The pool is heated and can be used year-round **Pool heat begins after November 15th, if heat is requested before that time there is a $20/day charge for pool heat**. The house is set up with a split bedroom floorplan, and the master suite has a private bath and French doors that lead to the screened patio and pool area. It is easy to maintain tile flooring throughout the home with rugs in strategic places. The large laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer and doubles as a game room with a dart board combination air hockey/pool table. This home will accommodate a family with small children, there is a crib and a high chair available for use and a bathtub in the hall bath.
