This home is very kid-friendly and can come fully baby-proofed with a baby nursery. We also offer a playroom with toys and books as well as climbing foam blocks and an indoor climb gym for kids. The home is also equipped with not one but TWO living rooms and four televisions (one for each living room, two in guest bedrooms).

2 of the 4 bedrooms have king sizes beds and televisions. One bedroom sleeps 4, with a full size bed, twin bunk, and a twin trundle. The other guest bedroom can be set up as a nursery with a crib, with a twin bed, or with both. This home is a 10-minute walk to Coquina Key Park, which offers walking trails along the water, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, soccer, and a playground.

Failure to comply with noise regulations may result in the police being called. If the police are summoned while you’re here, you will need to leave immediately, and no refunds will be provided.
