This part of paradise located in the Isla Del Sol community at Palma Del Mar boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed with water views, sunrises and water views. The master bath has a walk in shower for your convenience! The guest bedroom has a queen with gorgeous golf course views. Stack washer/dryer in the unit with the availability of a laundry room on the 2nd level of the parking garage for those larger items. -cable television-WiFi Internet access -ceiling fans -large heated pool and covered jacuzzi on the water's edge with lounge chairs. Walkways along the water with a fishing/observation pier for those vacationing fishermen and water lovers!-condo library and game room located off 2nd floor lobby.-reserved lower level covered parking- (#18) a few steps from your front door. Guest parking only in designated guest spaces.This beautiful golf community offers walking paths waterside with fishing piers and benches for just watching the abundant area wildlife. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are minor things that should be replaced or repaired. The refrigerator is so old the door opening restricter doesn’t work and it throws open into tr kitchen table. The master bedroom door is cheap and comes off its guide rails continuously. The kitchen table slat leans forward when using causing issues when eating. The rest of the unit was great as the view is fantastic Agent was always helpful and quick to respond.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great stay. The condo needs a few updates. Our real-estate agent Paula responded in a timely manner to a repair we needed done during our stay. Looking forward to our stay next year.
