Beautiful home, five star kitchen, very comfortable beds, the backyard area with the pool was paradise! Close to lots of shopping and gorgeous beaches and places to eat out! Would definitely rent this property again!

Wonderful stay
The property was very clean and had all amenities needed for a great stay. The host was prompt in reply to questions, very courteous and helpful. The pool was clean and the temperature was comfortable. The patio furniture was comfortable as well.

Fun Week
This home was exactly as advertised. It is well furnished with extras not found in many places - paper products, laundry and kitchen soap, beach towels, etc. The backyard pool and patio area are beautiful and we enjoyed many hours lounging there. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The location is a short drive to the beach and several shopping areas. The owner, Jan, was very responsive to any requests. Everyone agreed a return trip should be planned.

Great house
The house was great. Neat and clean. The pool was awesome for the kids and heated as it was colder in February. I really liked the fact that the house had many toiletries already there: soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, TP, bounty. Etc. They also had towels, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas which is great if you are flying and can’t bring that all with you. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great home!
This property was clean, well maintained, and matched the owners description perfectly. The property is in a great, quiet neighborhood that's only about 15 minutes from the beach. The property owner, Jan, is always available if there are issues. Thankfully there were none, but its always reassuring to have a property owner that communicates well and is available. I highly recommend this property and gave it 5 stars accross the board. Zero complaints and I would definitely stay here again!

Sorry you never reached out to us so we could tell you how the shower regulators worked, they may not be what you’re used to, because there’s plenty of hot water from the instant-on tankless water heater. Our cleaners used it prior to your stay and it has been tested after your stay.

Everything was nice and clean and very accommodating the are was beautiful and loved the private pool and was able to prepare meals of my liking had all the items needed. The host was wonderful even came out to assist with the television and with getting me back into the home after locking myself out he’s very punctual. Definitely an 10/10

Relaxing Home

Home away from home
We are locals. This was the perfect place for us to be together as a family. Has all the amenities we wanted and in the area we wanted to be in. Close to the beaches and great restaurants. Wonderful kitchen and a grill outside for the days we decided to hang pool side. Looking forward to making this our regular home away from home vacation spot.

Very Relaxing, perfect pool.
Short drive to the beach, we would drop the kids off and go lay by the pool!! We grilled all week and enjoyed the sun!! Highly recommend this house.. Communication with the owner was very quick and efficient.

Loved the house - super clean layout and everything feels new. Awesome pool and grill right there. From mom to the kids, we all had a great experience and lucked into the location as a launching point for whatever we wanted to do - go to the beach, head downtown Tampa or St. Pete or Clearwater, or just hang by the pool. Loved it

MisAdvertised and Not Informed and Mis-informed
The owner does not disclose the shortcomings of this property. There is no CABLE service in this house (no COMCAST, no DIRECT TV, no SPECTRUM, etc). We watched TV on my laptop using my Comcast log-in. There isn't Air conditioning in the TWO bedrooms. It is listed as a 4 bedroom house and I only saw 2 bedrooms. I also can't see it sleeping 8 people unless there are some guests sleeping on couches. Master bedroom has king size bed (sleeps 2) which is nice but no air conditioning. The second bedroom is a very small double bed, 2 children could fit in this room, no air conditioning. There is a third room off of the florida room I guess this is considered a bedroom but it is a bed that is in the wall (a murphy bed) I guess that sleeps 2 no AC. Fourth room is a Florida room with a couch that is off of the dining room to the pool this is not a private room no AC. If you are looking for a true 4 bedroom house this is not the one. There is air conditioning in the living, dining room and kitchen and laundry room ONLY. He has Low Flow shower heads which is okay but the water heater is on a low setting so the water doesn't get hot, at best luke warm. The pool is NOT heated. There is only ONE chaise lounge chair, if you have a big family that wants to lay by the pool there is only one chaise lounge. Nice things about this House: Gourmet kitchen with everything you would need. Nice outdoor space. Non heated pool but very nice. Two large tables with chairs and an outdoor seating arrangement, but only one chaise lounge. Nice laundry room. When you notify Jan about the issues with the house (which I had several) he is very tentative and wants to come over and take care of it. But I should not have experienced as many issues that I have. including the WIFI access, asked to check in after 7 pm (because of contractors), etc. Jan should be more transparent that this house seems to still be under construction and not ready for vacationers/renters

Hi Christina, Sorry for your experience in the property, it is correct that there's no cable service, but as we communicated about all the TV's are smart TV's with WIFI access and you are able to watch exactly the same as on your computer, I even proposed to help setting it up, I have not had any issues with previous guests. The house is advertised as a 3 bedroom house plus a sleeper sofa, giving a total of 4 beds for 8 guests. Our previous AC failed prior to your arrival and I had contractors working to fix it the same day as your arrival, hence your delayed check-in which I apologized for, the AC is fixed now. The other issues you mention with pool not heated is incorrect, it is heated to 83F and can be increased upon request, there are 2 loungers and I can provide more if needed. If you had reached out regarding these issues I would happily have helped. Communication is key, we live nearby and can help immediately if you would have let us. Thanks again for your stay.

Mis-advertised with mouse feces
This Vrbo advertised 3 bedrooms and claims that it sleeps 8, but really only sleeps 6 and only has 2 bedrooms. There was an old pullout sofa bed in the sunroom that was considered a bedroom. When contacting the property manager about the misadvertisment, she blamed Covid delays. The house only had 4 pillows and only linen for the master bedroom and the other bedroom that had a full bed (what about linen for the other 4 guests)? The cleanliness of this Vrbo was substandard. There was food on some of the silverware found in the silverware drawer, food particles on the cabinets, grill grease all over the kitchen windows. We ran out of toilet paper, trash bags and dishwashing soap. The propane tank was empty so we had to pay to fill that up ourselves but were not reimbursed. We took pictures of mouse feces that was found in the sunroom and the property manager implied that we let the mice in through open doors during our stay. The morning we checked out, we had our adult children take the linens off the sofa couch mattress and there were hundreds of mouse turds and mouse urine all over the white mattress pad! We took pictures and sent to the property manager but have not heard any reply. We are not happy with this Vrbo and will not return to any property owned or managed by this person.

The Great Getaway
Largo and our VRBO provided everything we were looking for in a winter getaway. House has multiple spots to gather with friends and come together as a group. Appliances are all updated making it an enjoyable experience to stay in on the nights that you decide to stay in. The patio is and pool are amazing!

Wonderful place near Belleair Bluffs
The place is not too big and not too small, just perfect for 3 adults and a baby, the heated pool in the back is magical, regardless of the time of the day and temperature outside, you can have the pool water just right. Loved it. The host is very responsive and very accommodating. We enjoyed this place for a week and we will definitely come back in the future for vacation again. Thank you
