Clean and up to date. I like this property but there’s one thing that will keep me from staying here again. The bed was not comfortable at all and had us hurting. TBH I’ve slept in my car overnight and was more comfortable.

Nicer then Tampa Extended stay I have been to. Hallways could smell a bit better though. Smelt someone smoking and it smelled a bit mildewy otherwise I haven't had any issues.

The door wouldn't open for the first 30 minutes. Had to shoulder check it for it to open. There was used gum on the lamp stuck to it that I accidently touched when trying to turn the lamp on. Non smoking room but smelled like Ciggerettes. The Staff was extremely friendly though

I always read the reviews of a property before booking and these people are lying if they say it’s good.. I checked in went to the room and couldn’t really process the room cause I was in shock, took my son to the beach ace we came back change clothes and went to dinner. At dinner my son was like mom I can’t stay there please can we go home. So at 11PM at night I went got our stuff and checked out and took the three to four drive back home.. If that don’t give you a hint then I don’t know what will but people manage all different ways but it’s just wasn’t for us…

The hotel came alive at night, was noisy. Room was dirty when we walked in, When walking down the hallways the carpet was filthy and stained. The grab and go breakfast was coffee and 2 packets of oatmeal on the counter. A very restless night. Stayed one night, will never go back.

An OK value
Most of the people here were clearly long term residents. I was nervous at first, but the noise died down around 10pm, so I slept better than I've slept at higher priced hotels in the area. Room was perfectly clean, smelled old but that wasn't unexpected. Not especially comfortable or welcoming, but good for the price.

Entire hotel smells like mildew! “Characters” spread all throughout parking lot upon arrival engaging in all sorts of suspicious activities. Room smelled awful, AC unit definitely has mold in it. My stay was for a week paid for and on the 4th night t was locked out of my room stating that I checked out. It took better than 2 hours to get back in my room. No reason was ever shared. Clueless person at the front desk. My first stay and my last stay.
