Do not book!The door to the condo is busted. Keys will not unlock it even when a technician comes out and gives you a new set of keys with an attitude it STILL DOESNT WORK. Key note: she didn’t actually tell us when she was there and did not open the door in front of us, she called after the fact. But she will let you know that the door is hard to get into and you just have to “work with it”. Well after “working with it” you will still be locked out, so based on a past review that resort rentals responded to, we discovered you can climb up the balcony and get through the balcony door that NEVER locks because it is busted. And to confirm that is very accurate. I’m short and even I made it up there so if you want to risk you’re belongings being stolen or your safety, it will most likely happen after people see how easy it is to get in. So we had to climb up the balcony to get in, once inside we discovered the condo was absolutely disgusting. In the living room/kitchen area we found live/dead bugs, sand/hair all over the floor (also black feet after only being in the condo for 30 mins), dishes in the dishwasher *not cleaned. Now pay attention to this, it’s a kicker; In the master bedroom; under the bed-a hair tie, back of the tv remote, food wrappers, and a USED CONDOM. Behind the bed dead bugs and an empty chip bag. IN THE BED, sand and hair. In the master bath, floors dirty, number hair tools that is either a past guests or just free for all to use. Also no need for ventilation the broken glass in window provides that along with the loud lovely sounds of traffic and people. Guest room and bathroom also in disgusting shape and not cleaned. So you may ask, “why didn’t we contact the resort rentals” WE DID. Multiple times for days on end. They were RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I, with obvious reasons, wanted a refund as we did not stay the night there and had to book a hotel. Their management’s comments were that the cleaning crew are not “robots” and we’d get refunded only on a cleaning fee ($100 something).I guess to sweep, mop, disinfect, clean and put dishes away, change bedding/look under the bed, amongst other things are not common sense. Also a day later, after having to contact them after multiple calls and messages the night before about our concerns, advised they could send maintenance out to fix issues that were already reported to them in a review THEY RESPONDED TO BUT NEGLECTED.They never offered another condo or our money.Attorney contacted
