Brand New 2 Bedroom with Spectacular Water View!

The long-anticipated Madeira Bay Resort I has finally opened and it's well worth the wait. Many of these condos are better than new, with upgrades added after the initial build.

This gorgeous 2 bedroom unit boasts views of the gulf and all the activity down Madeira Beach. Relax on the oversized patio and enjoy your morning coffee while watching dolphins near the docks.

This condo is set up for a family stay with board games, beach toys and a wagon for fun. There's also a portable crib for your convenience and a TV in the second bedroom for those rainy days.

All reservations are subject to review prior to approval.

As a guest of Johns Pass Condos, you will have access to our office services such as printing, faxing, or sending mail. Our friendly staff will do their best to accommodate any requests or concerns you may have during your vacation getaway. Please come and enjoy the beautiful beach and soothing warm breezes as well as the local attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and fishing charters directly across the street from our condos.

This is a non-smoking accommodation. Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Overall Good

Overall, my condo was just what we were looking for! I stayed there a week with my wife and 3 kids (17, 10, 4). The location to the beach is ideal. It’s a very short walk to the beach. The condo supplies plenty of beach toys & convenient wagon to help get you to and from. The rooms were spacious enough, and also has a pullout couch that my 17 year old found convenient. My only gripe, is lack of communication. I know they provide information, however any questions or attempts at communication that I had prior to arrival basically went ignored. Which for me was very anxiety inducing for someone with a family of 5 that had to fly in. I would just ask to be a little more available to answer questions and be responsible prior to arrival.

Convenient

It was within walking distance to John’s Pass. Apartment was furnished nicely. Only downfall was the check in process. Email told me what room but, I wasn’t sure what floor or where to go for my room. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Room 1402 stay July 4 - 7

The location was great, place was very clean inside and outside hallway. The place ran alittle short on elevators they were very slow. Check in was ackward as you had to go to the other building floor 2 to check in - we had to ask people where it was and that is where we got our parking ticket for the lot. Just confusing. The communication on the website site didn’t show how many beds and what size of beds were in the condo and didn’t say a pull out couch. The toilet in the master room would not fill so we had to continuously left the top and set it to fill it just stuck not a big deal for us but someone else maybe. Clean up and check out we were unsure whether to strip beds or not or even take garbage out. Just not any instructions regarding that. We left sheets on and towels in the bathrooms and took garbage out. Hope we did that all good. Communication with the owner on questions before getting there was very slow in replies. But all in all it was a nice place we enjoyed our stay not loud or anyone being unruly. It was very clean and we saw the cleaning crew around cleaning and they were pleasant and helpful. We would stay there again. The location for us was great - close to Bamboo Bar and John’s Pass and a beach opening was just across the road from the building. Would recommend to anyone going.

HOT TUB WAS OUT OF ORDER

The hot tub was not working. We learned from other guest that this has been an issue before we booked the stay. One of the major reason we booked this place was to have the use of the spa. We were very disappointed and felt mislead by the listing stating the spa/ hot tub was a feature we could enjoy. I called the property and they stated they didn’t handle the repairs and they would send someone but we never saw them.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay! We were just a short walk from the beach and the shopping and restaurants at John’s Pass. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. A couple of things that would have made the stay perfect are: better water pressure in the showers and a quieter dryer. Otherwise everything was great!

Winter getaway

Great place and location. Checking was frustrating as some info provided was not correct and calling resulted in numerous recordings and frustration. Once we were in, we loved it. Pool was a plus too. Would stay again!!

Many inconveniences

During the fish festival non-residents were stealing our parking spaces and it created much inconvenience, and ended up walking almost 2 blocks with a soar hip.. Our door lock numbers were changed 3 days ahead of check-out and had to contact management to get into room, and TV's remotes were a fiasco, not user frendly at all.One TV didn't work at all and was told it would be replaced but never was.Other than that, we liked the room and was very clean and loved the locality to Johns Pass.

Mad Beach

There weren’t any hand towels, wash clothes or dish rags. Also, not even a start of paper towels and very little toilet paper. All had to be purchased immediately after checking in.

Property was good… not very clean though … the shower curtains were filthy and the kitchen faucet was dirty and leaking, fridge and freezer was dirty and and second room was super tiny. For the fees I actually expected a cleaner property. Now it was located across the street from the beach… beach cart was so helpful and it was near shopping and restaurants. Would book again.

For the price we paid we were expecting something else. Sofa bed was in terrible conditions. The AC broke down and it was impossible to find someone from management to come and verify. Check out time was 10am when it we couldn’t sleep the night before.

Nice place, great location.

Location is great! Overall the condo is nice. I would suggest they get at least 1 full length mirror. The details about the property said there was a garbage chute next to the elevator, which was nonexistent. We had to find the bins outside. Not a big deal, but was a little confusing. We would rent there again.

Old lady vacation

Clerk in lobby was no help what so ever. Got there early and she was of no help. Called VRBO and they were very nice. Got the code for room pretty soon after I talked with them. Went back to lobby to give her my room number to get a parking pass. Got the parking pass. The lady at the lobby didn't tell us that our room was in the other building. So we had taken our luggage up to the wrong level. Then she told us it was on the other side of the pool. Mind you my mother is 80 years old. She was litterally NO HELP. They need someone who is more helpful and explains the process. Otherwise the room we had was great.

Beautiful condo but lacking a few key items tiny pool,

The condo is beautiful. However the second bedroom is tiny and has no closet or dresser. Our teen girls struggled to even fit their suitcases in there. Condo was lacking beach chairs, extra toilet paper and paper plates would have been nice.
