Beach House
The property was very nice and clean. While only two of us were there, this location fits 4 people very nicely. It was very close to the beach! Highly recommended!

Great Property/Location
Property was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles and parking is a premium throughout Clearwater Beach. 1 minute walk to the beach and short walks to great dining and shopping options. Out pet Cockapoo was welcome which was a priority for us to find a suitable property so we could bring her along. :)

We had a wonderful weekend here. Little confusion about locking the key pad, the text and email directions were different. Lovely place just off the beach on a quiet street.

Great location, close to everything
The house was nice and clean, great location! Everything we wanted to do was withing walking distance. We had issues with the code on the door but called and it was fixed right away. the internet did not work for us but we really didn't need it. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Too many things were wrong with this rental.
Owner was parked in our parking space, Late check in from reality and there was no code sent to get in. The sheets in master bedroom had blood stains on them and were old that they were bally like sleeping on sand paper, remote battery was dead for livingroom TV. We bought food to cook out and there was no propane in the tank. The master bathroom has no air conditioning and was very warm in there.The kitchen floor pops when you walk on it ,You feel like your going to fall thru the floor. The positive things I can say are the location is close to the beach and the housekeeper was very friendly and very helpful we wouldn't of gotten if she wasnt there. The reality would've answer my texts and when they finally did it was 4 pm the night before we checked out.I told them it was to late to fix these things that we were leaving first thing in the morning. I checked out at 7:45 I couldnt wait to get home. All I wanted was to show my family a great florida vacation and it was all a bomb. I asked the reality to please return some of my money but that is not going to happen, they are not a professional reality and I wont be returning. Sad to say I had a terrible holiday vacation that cost a fortune.

Hello Laurie, This is Allison from Belloise Realty. Check-in is at 4 pm the code was sent out. The housekeeper was even at the property to show you how to open the door. There were no blood stains on the sheets you complain that the sheets had fuzzy on them. When you call the office on the 3rd day and told us about the propane tank I right away call you back to relace the propane tank. You said never mind. The maintenance even left new batteries at the property for the TV remote. The kitchen floor tiles were just installed 2 months ago. I really don't know what you are talking about that the floor. Great stay
We had never been to Clearwater beach before and weren't sure what to expect. We had a great vacation. This unit sounded good, but we were a little worried about one very negative review. Not sure what that person was talking about. The unit was very nice, clean, and a 30 second walk to the beach. The second house in back was small, but also nice and good for one of our family members. We noticed a leaking pipe outside and called the property manager. They were over in 15 minutes and the problem was solved within an hour. The location is great - a quieter area of the beautiful beach and a 3 block walk to a bunch of good restaurants. The online listing was very accurate, except it actually had a washer and dryer that wasn't listed in the description, so a nice surprise. Would highly recommend if this is the kind of place you are looking for.

Stayed here before and it’s not taking care of.
7 years ago this property was beautiful and clean now it’s dirty the beds are broken sent a video and they could care less. Said they would come out the next day to fix it lol. How about fix it before I have to sleep on it. Disgusting vents and fans the shower had brown water and pieces of rust come out of it. The back little house OMG do not sleep in it it will make you sick. Smells of mold and is sinking in the ground the whole place slopes down and to the right. If you have anything in there it will feel wet in a couple of hours and smell like mold. Beware!! It’s not safe to sleep in there. Plan your showers for surging the day in the big bathroom because people can see right throw the slotted blinds when it’s nighttime. Over all very disappointing and would never stay there again. I know Allison will comment and say it’s not that bad or you should have told us but again I did about the bed and they didn’t care. I am pretty sure Allison is the one that came before our check out and parked right in front of the house and had attitude that she can park there she works for The management even though we are staying there and she should not be parking there. Came to enjoy family memories and this place was a true disappointment. Beware!!!

We really enjoyed the stay. The location is perfect for everything. Walk to beach is amazing. Love the set up of the house. Plenty of room for everyone. We will be back next year for sure! We had issues with the apartment tv. That tv never worked for us and we hated that for the family member staying there. That was the only hiccup with our stay!

Perfect location
Short steps from the beach and close enough to the main beach area to walk there by either the beach or the streets. Spacious rooms and the kitchen had everything needed. Showers were good, bathrooms roomy and beds comfortable. I will stay again!

ONLY HAS 2 BEDROOMS
I would have given this place a 5 star, but it was listed as 3 bedrooms and it only has 2! There were 7 of us (all adults and one 15 year old) so this was a very uncomfortable sleep for a few of the people. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed in each and then the rest is 2 couches, 1 of which is a sofa sleeper. I'm guessing they are counting the living room as a bedroom since it has a sofa sleeper in it. But that is not right to list it as a bedroom.

A great beach stay!
Overall, we were very pleased with this rental. The communications ahead of time were thorough and precise, we received our check-in information on the day of arrival as promised and it was simple to access the property on time. Everything was cleaned, well-placed, and comfortable! Location was prime, so close to a great beach access! I give this rental a 4 out of 5 only because the trash cans needed to be taken out way before we had arrived - there was a strong smell coming from the 3 outdoor bins, and flies and maggots were abundant; we didn't really have room to put our own trash bags as we were checking out. And because the trash cans were in the same location as the hose to rinse off from the beach and in the outdoor grill/patio area, we had to walk by these smells pretty frequently.

Exactly What I Expected

Relaxing
This property was so nice. The beach was beautiful. A long walk across to get to the ocean. It was five of us and we literally relaxed on the beach the whole weekend. Great experience it was clean and very comfortable.

Accurate Beach Proximity
The house had great access to the beach but areas of the house were very tired. There was no instructions for operating anything within the house, there were no beach towels and the beach chairs for use have seen better days. It’s not equipped to really cook if that’s what you would have in mind. The app recommended for check in and communication did not work at all and a waste of time downloading. Also plan on buying toiletries as a quarter size piece of soap is all that’s provided for showering. I will say the on suite bedroom bed was comfortable. I run a vacation rental house in Arizona with super host ratings and found this experience to be sub par.

Great location, right next to the beach and 10 min walk to the main area which was very convenient. Check in information was emailed 10 minutes before the check in time, which was somewhat inconvenient. I think the check in information should of be send atleast 30 minutes ahead and not 10 minutes.

Family trip
We loved this property and the location to the beach and restaurants. When looking at this property and what they provide they didn't have anything "extra" listed. I called about chairs and was told they don't have beach chairs. Flying to Fla., so we packed a small travel iron, hair dryer, and bought 2 chairs when we arrived. This house did have all the things listed above. We travel a lot and rent houses, it would be great if you could let travelers know the extras that the house has to offer.

Steps from the Beach & a Parking spot!
Beachcomber is only a 50 yard walk to the beach & another 100 yards to the water. We loved the location since it is 1/2 mile north of Pier 60 and removed us from the most crowded part of the beach and entertainment noise at night. The property is exactly as pictured... spacious and functional. Parking is VERY hard to find near Clearwater Beach and having a spot of our own steps from the beach was a huge time saver.

WOW!! Great Property and Location
Loved it!! We were a party of 4 and the place was great. Clean, spacious, had everything we needed. Beach was at end of block 80 steps away.. Other direction you can walk and explore the vibrant downtown of Clearwater Beach. Lots of things to do. Beachcomber Beach House was exactly what we needed.

Lovely little home, great location
We loved our stay at the beachcomber beach house. It’s very clean and well equipped and nicer than the photos. Comfy beds and good bathrooms and kitchen. Steps to the beach and a 10 min walk to town. Perfect for our young family, would definitely come again
