We really liked how friendly everyone was, including the maintenance staff and other guests. I cannot think of anything we did not like.

All of the staff was very friendly. Lots of amenities. Full kitchen and washer and dryer. Pool and hot tub very clean and warm and open until 11pm. Condo could use a remodeling in regards to carpet and kitchen, outdated kitchen but very functional. Lots of dishes pots and pans microwave and toaster. Condo was clean and had a funny smell when we got there but it went away fast. I believe it was just what they use to clean the room. Carpet had a few stains but not horrible. It's not brand new and state of the art but it's very nice quiet and the view was awesome. The 3rd bedroom also could use 2 full beds the 2 single beds were kinda small. Overall 4 stars ha a great time and would stay again.

Carpet was dirty, back door didn’t lock, and the condo wasn’t cleaned correctly.

As looked over our complaint logs, we didn’t seen anything that was reported during your stay. We always encourage during “check-in” to let us know of any issues, especially something as simple as a door lock and housekeeping issues. Please keep that in mind on your next stay with All Seasons.
