My third trip to this resort. Had a wonderful stay and every staff member I encountered were very helpful. Splurge on the gulf lanai villa rooms. You are so close to all the amenities and worth every penny. Beautifully kept beach and pools.

Hotel Tampa Riverwalk
Room was cold. Heater would not heat up past 70°. In room Coffee service was terrible. Had to change rooms because first room smelled of cigarette smoke. Hotel restaurant was less than average. In room sofa was stained. Carpets leading into most rooms elevator were severely frayed.
