"It was a good experience staying there. The breakfast was good and there was many options to choose from. Most of the attractions are in about 20 to 30 minutes walking distance and it is located near Rome termini (3-5 min walk)"

"The communication prior to arriving was excellent and the self check-in process very easy and helpful due to our 10pm arrival. The room itself was extremely tired and very basic. The bed was hard which I found particularly uncomfortable for our 5 night stay. The room was advertised as being sound proofed, which was one of the deciding factors when choosing this hotel, due to travelling with a child and knowing how noisy it can be in central Rome. It definitely was not sound proofed..probably one of the noisiest hotels I have ever stayed in. The pipes were so noisy, as was the busy street outside and the people moving around constantly in the floors above. The location of the hotel was fantastic. 10-15 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. The room itself was clean and beds were made up every day which was an added bonus. I'm not sure why the photos of this hotel show a breakfast room as there is no option of breakfast...very misleading... All in all, if you're happy for a basic level hotel in a convenient location, then this is a good option."

"The bed was really old and worn out. had holes (Dips) on each side. my back was killing me after the first night. I mentioned it to the desk clerk. she was apologetic and contacted the owner to inquire about changing our room. owner did he had an upgraded room available for €35 extra. I didn't feel like I should have to pay for a decent bed a I was already paying over €240/ night. The mattress needs to be replaced. Don't stay here if you have anything less than a perfect back! The desk staff were very nice though. "
