There is a little guest kitchen where you can cook breakfast or meals if you want to and our room had a fridge, kettle and mugs which was excellent. The water goes cold in the shower if you’re not quick though! A nice typical Maltese place to stay though. Near Buggiba and Qawra and right next to an excellent pizza place called Made In Sud and a fully stocked convenience store, 40 yards away.

Great location for beach and dining. Has elevator. Very clean. Used the common kitchen area one day, has everything you need. Would stay again. Only note has to do with the AC, sometimes it shuts off but then it comes back.

Partying and door slamming until 2 a.m.; partly the property’s fault as the doors do not close well and need to be forced. Everything else was bare bones, including the quality of the mattress. Had two nights booked but had to leave after one!

Not recommended
Didn't like this place. Inexpensive, but still not worth it. Much fuzz with the manager, AC not working, generally worn down. Warm water for only one short shower before cold.

Bon sejour, dommage que la Climatisation ne fonctionne pas comme il faut. Reglé à 16 degré et du mal a rafraîchir la chambre. Petit dejeuner copieux et variés.

c'est dommage que tu dises juste maintenant pour la climatisation. parce que je viens de voir que vous avez sélectionné l'option de chauffage et non le refroidissement (bien sûr, il ne refroidira pas !!!) comme vous l'avez fait pour le téléviseur, vous en avez supprimé toutes les chaînes

Mixed feelings.
Never ever have anyone made me and my girlfriend feel bad about making a cup of coffee as the gentleman at this place. Very rude. Lovely comfortable beds.

I am sorry to have been rude i admit, but in your case i had to do so as the things were getting out of control you were being overbearing and if i didn't act so the situation was already disturbing the other guests who paid to have their breakfast while you didn't.

Poor
The room has high humidity, dampness, lack of ventilation. Mold on the ceiling and walls. There is no heating (it was cold in December), although the room had new air conditioning, but it was not installed. Noisy construction work is carried out on weekdays from early morning. Sewerage smell and old rusty plumbing in the toilet in the room. I do not recommend this establishment, as there are hotels or apartments with the best service in the same price category in the district. After the owner leaves sent me a message with a hint of writing a review of 5 stars in exchange for a 10% discount on my next visit.

I am sorry to read this, but as I already explained to you, the works and noises after 11am are because we are renovating the bathrooms and the rooms as it is lower season while you shouldn't argue about the service, as we offered you a free upgrade to your room and a discount and refused all because your had only 2 days

Excellent rapport / qualité prix
Super auberge de jeunesse à moins de 10’ de marche de : Buggiba square (avec ses restaurants et bar), du front de mer, de divers clubs de plongée et d’un arrêt de bus ou s’arrêtent de nombreuses lignes (Imhasel). Endroit très calme. L’un des dortoirs réservés aux filles (5 lits) est lumineux, propre et dispose de 2 douches et d’un wc. Le personnel est très sympathique et répond à toutes vos questions. Le petit déjeuner inclus est plus qu’honnête vu le prix de la nuit.

Family one night
Stayed one day with family, location is good, not far away from bay. Shower cabin inside room, looks strange :) Breakfast was good, not big Swedish table and You will get hot sandwiches or pancakes (tasty).
