St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church

Overall, I won’t stay here again unless it’s a different location. The staff were from rude & unhelpful to okay & polite. I asked for a ground level room which they either said no or I’ll check tomorrow morning. No call back so I didn’t ask a third time. A man was stuck in the elevator and after I walked down from the third floor to greet my food delivery, the desk attendant was nowhere. We looked in back, yelled for help and nobody came out. After about 10 mins she came out abruptly and asked what was going on. She even yelled at the man’s wife who I was standing with and who was very upset and didn’t know what to do. Finally, the manager or maintenance guy agreed to come out and try to help. It was a mess and the lady attendant was rude and shouldn’t be in this field of work. That was not the first time she was rude, it was every time I came downstairs. I was there 3 nights. There other desk staff were no different, no greeting or smile. No asking if I needed anything. A couple times I waited several mins and either left unanswered or no clear help from them. Completely incompetent. My room, although clean, the floor wasn’t swept. Again, I won’t stay here unless I had to. And I’d try a different location bc of the staff alone.

Nice clean and quiet

Excellent stay, staff is very pleasant
