"The property was fine and reasonably priced. We also appreciated the location for our ski trip.However, there were certainly a few issues still. It appeared that not a single pillowcase was changed or cleaned. There were several human hairs on each pillowcase and we arrived very late at night so there was not an opportunity to wash anything ourselves. One pillowcase also had an obscure smell, drool stains and a brown residue that could be scraped off with a fingernail. We all used our own t shirts as pillow cases the first night...Additionally, the upstairs shower drains very slowly so we were forced to stand in a pool of your own filth while showering.Great location but lacking the amenities necessary for good hygiene."

"It was cold! There was only one additional blanket and no control over the thermostat. Thank you for the space heater but its not safe to leave it running all night and the bedrooms were cold."
