Amazing Renovated Historic Loft on Main Street

Historic loft centrally located along the St. Charles riverfront, on the north end of Main Street and just south of Frenchtown. Enjoy Frontier Park, shops, restaurants, and night scene - all within walking distance.

The newly renovated 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom apartment can easily accommodate groups of six. The completely updated kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher. Convenient in-house washer and dryer available for extended stays.

Note to guest:
1) No visitors allowed unless discussed with owner.

2) $15 extra guest fee after 4 guests

3) Air conditioner minimum temperature is 72 Fahrenheit. All units have new air conditioners. But the red brick walls have no insulation and during the hot weather if the air conditioner is pushed too hard, it will create blocks of ice inside it then quit working until the ice melts. This problem only happens if temperatures are set below 70 F, so we limit it to 72 F.

4) We are above a coffee shop, so there is potential for noise.

This loft apartment was at the north end of the historic main street. A great location for exploring the town. The listing mentioned the possibility of noise due to its location above a coffee shop. This was not a problem at all. The apartment is clean and modern. It worked well for 3 adults.

We really enjoyed our stay! Perfect for our girls getaway! This apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable! It was a great location to take walks down Main Street.

The property was clean and very cute! It is located on Main St where all the restaurants and bars are, so we were always only steps back to our place. There was a farmer’s market going on that weekend. That was a nice surprise! The host was very responsive. I would definitely stay there again if I had the opportunity to be in St. Charles again.

Perfect location! Right on Main St. Wonderful coffee shop on the corner. I went with my aunt and uncle. I stayed in the loft which had its own bathroom! Worked perfectly!

My daughter, my sister, and my cousin who is visiting from England had a wonderful time shopping, eating, laughing and just being together this weekend. We truly enjoyed this lovely home we stayed in. A comfortable and cozy place to relax and play cards after a great day of shopping. We would very much enjoy staying here again.

This loft was so beautiful, conveniently located and comfortable. It was great that our Loft was with in walking distance to all the great restaurants, bars and shops of Historic St. Charles. We even took an Uber one night over to the Streets of St. Charles, and enjoyed their night life as well. We will definitely be returning to this Loft again in the near future!!

What a beautiful loft! It's a winning combo- amazing location, has a w/d, fridge and stove for longer term stays, restaurants nearby are excellent. Hosts made everything so easy, everything I needed to get there and get in was at my fingertips. Thanks for letting us stay!

This property’s location was a big plus. The location so close to the downtown of St. Charles was wonderful. It was easy to get everywhere we were going. Had a great time there.

We only stayed one night for a concert at Hollywood Casino. The location is perfect. The property was perfect for our needs. It was clean and within walking distance of some shops and restaurants including the amazing ice cream shop right below.
