"The staff were friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately the property is in dire need of fixing and upgrading. Our room had wet carpet from the leaking Air-conditioner, the inner curtains of the room were missing and the main curtain wouldn't close completely. The beds were decent and the linens were clean. The hotel restaurant was good and decently priced."

"Front desk clerk was friendly and accommodating! Only good thing about this facility! Very disappointed that this is a Wyndham brand?! First room they set us up with we couldn’t even access…not even the desk clerk; second room had the 3-Ms (musty, mildewy and mouldy); third room was acceptable only because we were tired! Had to put a towel on the bath/shower faucet to dampen the sound of the dripping shower head; toilet handle would stick causing a running toilet; stained shower walls and tub, definitely cleaned but time has done its damage! Floor around toilet and tub showing signs of water damage. Whoever did the painting of the walls didn’t even remove the outlet or switch plates…painting over the bathroom GFI plug caught me by surprise! Finally the nail clippings on the floor just clinched the disgust of the stay! Pool water looked clear but the (blackened/aged) leaves on the bottom of it took away from wanting to swim! Continental breakfast was disappointing with ONLY 2 options of bite-size muffins and thick coffee…that was it. Definitely there’s potential with the facility but Wyndham?!…do better with this one! Quite overpriced…look elsewhere for better!"

"Place was a dump. Didn’t feel especially safe, no in room coffee, bed was hard. Just spent 1 night before an early flight and it sucked! For $150/night"

"The house was nicely updated, extremely clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The house was close to restaurants, stores of every kind and the International Mall is a must to do on everyone’s list. The host was available for any questions we had. I highly recommend this house and give it a 10 out of 10."

"Property was clean and super close to the Raymond James Stadium. Make sure to clarify what unit you are in. It was unclear there were two units in one home. When we arrived we were trying to enter another guests unit. "
