"It was a little bit of a slow time when we were there and we used valet service which probably wasn't necessary they were very prompt and helpful but we were only staying for one night which sort of added to the chaos because of getting things set up but for more than one night they have an excellent service"

"Parking is valet only, a nightmare to get in and out. Had to drive around the block for 30 minutes at check in time because you can't even pull off the main street to get in line for the valet. Small pool area. No one to help with luggage. Mattress is so uncomfortably firm it was hard to sleep. Very nice staff but the convenience issues were a definite negative. Would not stay again."

"I can overlook a certain amount of upgrades not being done, but our room literally smelled aweful. It was the worst every time the air clicked on. The room was mostly clean otherwise. The breakfast was a negative, too. The omlet line was long being a holiday weekend...wish we would have waited anyways because the other food was not good...we were there within the last hour of breakfast, so likely it had just sat out a long time. Still disappointing though. The pool seemed nice, but was closed. I will say that all of the personel we spoke with were very helpful and pleasant though."
