セント ジョンズ国際空港(YYT)周辺のホテル

「飛行機の時間が8時半だったので7時からの朝食が食べれなかったのは残念だった。」

「Room not as booked, said they were full so gave us a loud street noise, dingy out of the way grnd flr, wheelchair accessible room. Made us wait until next day to change room to what what we booked with no compensation. Area around hotel was dodgy at night, wouldn't stay here again.」

「While the room was mostly clean the furnishing arrangement was not good. - The end of the king-sized bed was about 18inches apart from the wide concession shelf with drawers, fridge and desk, making it difficult to walk between those furnishings. There was plenty of space which could have been used to set it up and leave more accessibility. The bed was dreadfully soft and bumpy. The harbour front view was noisy due to ships and cars on the road below.. --- The access to the main entrance is off...

「部屋が清潔で静か」

「The hotel (including our room) was clean and well-maintained. The staff was excellent; polite, friendly and very helpful with directions and suggestions. Also very attentive whenever we had an issue. The breakfast included a good variety, but it was the same everday, which wasn't great for us because we stayed for a week. We also had some issues with our door lock, which they tried to fix but had to order the part. To be fair, they did offer to move us to another room.」

「スタッフは非常に親切だった。 コバエが室内に多くいたのが残念だった。」

「The staff were extremely helpful and friendly at all hours of the day and night, even when we were checking out at three in the morning for our early flight. (They offered to book our taxi, too, without me even having to ask.) The room was clean, comfortable, and stylish. Absolutely no complaints.」

「No housekeeping was provided. Body soap in the bathroom was empty. Facility was nice but very disappointed.」

「N/a」

「The room was big but it was an old hotel, and we could hear noise from everywhere - our neighbor next door, upstairs, and from the road next to our room all night long and we could hardly sleep all night. 」

「Nice clean place. Our air conditioner system was broken. Not nice. They should have given us another room. They did attempt to fix it, but was still not working properly.」

「I was not happy with the accessibility. They had a photo of the lift in the pool and because my daughter is in a wheelchair I booked it. The lift was broken and had been since, at least, 2022. Also the accessible doors coming in from the back entrance where accessible parking was were not working. They also only cleaned the room once a week, because it’s longterm stay. They did promise they would come change a bed if needed because my daughter is incontinent but then gave me a hard time about it...
