    We Host is a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. However, we are available 24/7 by phone/text (9:30pm-10:30am urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel as well as replying to the welcome messages you received upon confirmation.

    Located in the middle of all the appeal and attraction of downtown. Hike to the top of Signal Hill and take in the breathtaking ocean views that Newfoundland has to offer. Or, take a short walk to the unique and trendy restaurants, pubs and local shops, scattered all across St. John’s downtown.

    The entire unit is yours to live in and enjoy! We provide fresh linens, towels, coffee, tea, and basic essentials upon your arrival.

    For stays of 30 nights or more, snow clearing during the stay is the guest’s responsibility unless snow service is arranged for a fee

Short Stay

The cleanliness, location, interaction with the management team was awesome. Great spot for a quick trip to St. John's. Christian's Pub is a must do to get Screeched In.

Fantastic area

Place was great. It was clean and beautiful. Was allowed an early check in that was amazing. Location is excellent in downtown in a quiet area. Great option for a family to stay.

We enjoyed our stay in the property. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Parking is dicey in this neighborhood if you have more than one car but we made it work. Plenty of towels and linens and the kitchen is great. Great location

Property was as described. Short walk to all amenities, restaurants, George St etc. David was always available and easy to communicate with. Would certainly use him again.

Nice stay in St-John's

Close to downtown St-John's. Parking easy. A lot of space inside the house. Enough space for office work when required. Everything needed available.

This is the hilliest part of St. John's. If your legs can handle the steep hills, it is super walkable and close to shops, restaurants and attractions. Do note, there are no grocery stores, pharmacies or convenience stores downtown. Grab your groceries ahead of time.

The location is excellent and the host was prompt with responses. The property was fairly clean but the condition of the kitchen equipment, bathroom fixtures, furniture and property overall was very poor considering the price we paid. I can assume we were charged a premium in the peak of summer but I would expect more considering. There were stains on the couch and some of the bedding, there were cracks in the bathroom sink and both bathtub surrounds had rusty nails that needed to be better covered. Also, the blinds in two of the bedrooms did not work properly and it was very difficult to open/close them. The dishes and kitchen equipment were not properly cleaned and some items were unusable due to being damaged or broken. I would hope more attention to detail could be paid to removing those items. This property is well suited to a family and is equipped with high chairs and a crib so would make travelling with small children easier. It is less ideal for a group of adult travellers.

We stayed at 36 Victoria for 11 days for a three generation family gathering and it was perfect. The house is very well equipped with everything you need, even baby items such as crib, high chair, booster seat, playpen etc. The house has really good sound dampening, so even though there were six people in the house it was quiet. The bar b que and back deck were well used on warmer days. The house is centrally located and within walking distance of lots of cafes and restaurants and places to see. There is also a great trail system in St. John’s for some lovely walks. It’s a nice walk to Bannerman park and all the beautiful old houses in the neighbourhood. Street parking was never a problem and we did have a second car for part of our stay and we just parked it in the parking garage by the cathedral.

Great location, nice space, clean and had all amenities needed including fresh towels on each bed. Spacious and was everything we needed for our St Johns trip!
