"We stayed Saturday to Friday. Ask for room service for clean sheets and towels on Tuesday. Did not hear from home service again till Thursday. Never did get our sheets changed"

"We were really excited to stay at this hotel as it had great reviews but unfortunately didn't meet our expectations. We didn't have water in the shower and toilet at some point, beds were stained, garbage under the sofa bed, dirty vents. Not so friendly reception and kitchen staff. Overall we would not be back here."

"The door handle on the room was broke when I said something about it 4 different times it never got fixed. The toilet ran constantly they wouldn't do anything about that we left on Mon instead of on Thursday because it wasn't safe"

"Room was filthy. Staff was distant and cold except one guy. Room was never cleaned in 4nights/5days they just changed towels once. Pool was closed that was one of the reasons of booking this particular hotel. Location and parking was good. Breakfast very basic. "

"Room was great nice and clean , the staff as always was top notch, I love the location almost everything is within walking distance or a short uber ride .. the coffee shop isn’t great at all and the staff there was awful.. lesson learned never again but other then crappy coffee & an inept staff member I was pleased "

"The check in lady was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Nice steak house across the street, easy to walk to. The breakfast was pretty bad though. I took one bite and dumped it, went out to get something better. Will stay again next year."
