"I had a little bit of trouble in getting the reservation number in a timelymanner, which was necessary to activate the Bern "welcome" card, which is different from the Expedia one. Butafter a couple of requests, I got it over a phone call, just before getting on a tram, so no problem after all, but maybe for some people it might be stressful to ask many times, so it might be better if you could provide the number more systematically (a friend who stayed at a different hotel received it automatically, without requesting)."
