Experience the allure of 'When Sparks Fly,' a 1,932 sq. foot, 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom villa (with the 4th bedroom being a non-enclosed loft) designed for luxury and comfort. This residence is adorned with all the upgrades you desire, featuring flat-screen HDTVs in every room, Dish, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious floor plan includes en-suite bedrooms that offer both tranquility and privacy, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation or immersing yourself in the scenic surroundings.

Relax in the classic-style bedrooms, on the outdoor patio, or the rooftop patio. Alternatively, spend quality time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

Situated in The Ledges of St. George, this location is a paradise for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts, conveniently located only three miles from the upper Snow Canyon entrance. Within minutes, discover a variety of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, engage in world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and marvel at the majestic red and white sandstone mountains that embrace The Ledges.

The communication with the owners was easy. The condo itself was not quite what we expected. The beds are very uncomfortable, the dish towels had animal hair all over and the counter in the kitchen, the walls need to be wiped and cleaned they very dirty. The parking for overflow is very limited.

Love the Ledges!

The Ledges is a great place to stay if you're looking for something near biking trails, hiking, and away from the bustle of a busy St. George weekend. This rental was well stocked and the property management team was super informative and communicative.

Wonderful Property

This property was wonderful. We had a great time here on our trip. The house was spotless and very comfortable. It was spacious, but also very homey and welcoming. We thought it might be a little far out but, it ended up not being a big deal at all. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place for a reunion!

This was a nice condo for our girl's trip. It was roomy, clean, and had everything we needed. There were lots of beds. We had a great time! Would highly recommend!

Family getaway

Communication with management was excellent. We had an additional family that ended up being able to come and they let us trade the unit we reserved for one that accommodated our larger group. We left an item behind when we left and they are shipping it at no cost. House was great….only complaint would be that carpets need to be cleaned and the couches were very uncomfortable and worn. But all in all we had a great time and a great experience and will definitely be coming back again!

Fantastic Property!

From the minute I booked this stay until I checked out it was seamless! Property was great and just like in the photos. It was super convenient being able to order from the restaurant on the property since we couldn’t get food delivery (not a big deal, but no delivery services out there). The place was plenty big for us and very well kept!

Beautiful home, stunning surroundings, and convenient location

This home was perfect for our wekjend soccer tournament getaway. It is in a gorgeous location t away from the bustle of everything in the heart of st. George, while still less than 10 minutes from the soccer fields, grocery stores, and restaurants. The home is spacious, comfortable and has a well-appointed kitchen. We enjoyed playing pickleball at the nearby courts and relaxing by the pool between games. The communication was great and check in was easy peasy! Highly recommend!

Zion vacation

Wonderful property! Great amenities...all the kitchen stuff you need and a grill. Table out back was a fun gathering place in the morning for coffee and conversation...we just had a great time hiking and coming back to the property for dinner and relaxing. Fun roof top patio.
