This cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is located in the heart of sunny St. George! Inside you will find a fully stocked kitchen and a living area with all the comforts of your own home. Off the back patio, enjoy a drink and the sweeping views of beautiful St. George. You will also have access to all the community pools and hot tubs, which are heated and open year-round. Las Palmas Retreat is the perfect vacation getaway that will make you fall in love with Southern Utah!

When you enter the home you will be welcomed into a living room outfitted with all the comforts of home. The comfortable seating is centered around a cozy wood-burning fireplace. On the far wall, there is a sliding glass door that opens up to a private patio with outdoor seating. From the patio, you can sit and enjoy the stunning view of Shadow Mountain and the town below. Off the living room, there is a dining area with seating for 6. As you pass through the dining area you will find a charming little breakfast nook with seating for 4. The kitchen is fully outfitted with everything you'll need to cook with family and friends.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and an attached bathroom. You will have plenty of space to get ready at the double vanity and you can sit back and relax in the large walk-in shower. Down the hall, you will find a queen room and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks. There are also two twin-size floor mats folded up if you need a few more beds.

You will have access to the entire home as well as access to the community pools and hot tubs. The home has parking stalls out front as well as extra parking throughout the community.

If you are thinking about bringing a pet, please let us know! We can check with the homeowners for their approval. If approved, a pet fee of $100 will apply, and we can add the payment to your reservation. Service animals are welcome, please send verification.
