Location was perfect for the St George marathon. Runners route was close so we could cheer em on.Had the entire pool to ourselves for half day. Then a few people showed up, but not a loud, rowdy crowd. Very nice and relaxing.

Very comfortable property, enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property, it met all our needs but wasn’t our favorite. We stay in St George every year and always love having a place where friends can gather. It met our price point and the number of rooms we needed. The property was clean and comfortable and the few issues we had were quickly corrected by the property manager. We’d stay here again in the future. They do need to have a tub mat in the upstairs bathroom, the tub can get very slippery when someone is showering

Great, beautiful location outside of the city. But only about 10-15 minutes to down town. Plenty of beds, clean, inviting.

Comfy Cozy Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Desert Cool with our group of six. Everyone slept comfortably and the unit had everything we needed. The massage chair was also an unexpected bonus and everyone loved it. Thank you!

Great place for family gathering

This is our second time staying in a condo at the Ledges. Both have been great. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We love being a little ways out of town and close to Snow Canyon and the outdoors.

Dad and the boys

Beautiful property, clean and well equipped, close to the pool. We loved the massage chair. A couple of suggestions to make it 5 star+: couch with recliners, add fire ring on upstairs patio and make the back sliding glass door easier to open. Other than that, it was perfect!

Just like home

Kitchen well equipped. Very clean and loved that the air conditioner worked well. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of towels. We were very comfortable staying in this unit.

Nice layout. Needs upkeep.

The layout is nice with 1 bedroom in main and 3 upstairs. The bedrooms are tight and one had a closet full of pillows so we had to keep out suitcases out. But the beds are very comfortable with spring mattresses. The kitchen is reasonably stocked. The massage chair was a hit. The one notable thing is the property looks worn. There are rugs with stains in the entry. The couches are all very worn. The while place could use a deep clean. I have stayed at other properties at the Ledges which are much nicer.

1st time in St George for the IM world championship

My friends and I rented this house to stay the week leading to our race in St George, great location, it was actually on the bike course, we had where to run and getting to Snow canyon was easy from the house. Beautiful neighborhood, cute house plenty of room for 7 female athletes, it was just perfect for us. We would love to go back.

Excellent base for adventures into National Parks

The Condo was lovely. Clean, cool, and a great place to come back to after long day trips to Zions, Bryce and even as far a Page, Az and Antelope Canyon and Glen Canyon Dam and Lake Powell. The pool and pickle ball courts are right across the street, although there were no paddles in the condo for pickle ball we enjoyed the pool. The Condo had a clean modern kitchen, well equipped enough to create some great easy home cooked meals, making the condo the best place to hang after our long day trips to national parks or monuments. The mattresses and bedding were excellent, the bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. Our three teenagers took the room with the bunk and double and had some fun gaming sessions right in their room. We all slept well. The location is far enough out of St George to feel like you're out in the red desert landscape, and it was a quick easy drive into town for shopping and restaurants. We had a great vacation. Thank you for a well run property. It was an excellent experience.

Great Townhouse at the Ledges

The rental was spotless upon arrival. It has everything you need to make it feel like home. We had an issue with the front door lock and Dan was able to come down right away to help fix it.
