"Front desk guy was horrible. So unprofessional checking in. He was very argumentative on parking and wouldn’t check us in until we did what he said. He called us big and was very prejudiced in our appearance. Very terrible public skills. Needs to be trained in customer service!! "

"The room felt neglected - needed paint very badly and the corners of the bathroom had piles of dirt that had just been mopped around for what looked like months. Shower had stains and the room smelled very heavily of a perfume spray. It was very very basic. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal, brown overripe bananas, very hard biscuits and a thick chunky gravy, or waffles - that’s it. Would not stay there again. "
