「This place was great! Fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, and clean bath towels :) The only complaint I have was that you could tell the floors hadn’t been mopped in a while. Other than that, it was very clean and nice. Comfortable and pleasant place to stay.」

「Walking distance to park, market, milkshakes. Walking/Bike path runs right in front of building. Close to the beach. Pool was a favorite with the kids. We didn’t realize this was a triplex when we made the reservation but we never heard any sounds through the adjoining wall. We had 38 people and there are not 38 chairs and bar stools in the dining area but we made it work just fine. Everyone had a great time.」

「Great place right in Garden City. You can walk to LaBeau’s!!! Beautiful pool on the premises and other amenities opening soon. We enjoyed the fire pit and the lawn area. Our house was well planned with comfortable beds, giant refrigerator, lots of common space, and plenty of parking. We didn’t know it was part of a triplex type arrangement but that didn’t much affect us. Norm, the manager was on the premises and was very helpful as was Adam online.」

「We had a great time! The place was very new, clean, and spacious. The decor was simple but nice. I have been to places where I felt like I couldn't put our stuff anywhere because there was so much decor. Just the right amenities.The Rec Center was great as well.Thank you! We will be back 」

「Negatives: Certain things about the property made us question whether the cabin was previously cleaned or at best not cleaned thoroughly. The sheets had a few dirt stains on them and the bed sheets did not appear to have been changed. The sheets were wrinkled and the pillows were out of sorts which made us question whether they were previously changed. There were two half used toilet paper rolls on the back of the toilet and an empty roll on the dispenser. Maybe the cleaning crew just forgot to...
