Located directly ocean front on Vilano Beach less than 2 miles from Publix and several restaurants and a quick 10 minute drive from Historic Downtown St. Augustine.


Guests have access to the entire property minus a couple locked utility closets.

Must be at least 25 years old to book. Primary renter must be present during entire stay.

Disclosures:
- As of November 2024, construction has started on the home next door. We can't guarantee there won't be minor inconveniences due to noise during certain phases of construction. We do not have an estimated completion date.
- There is a camera located on the back of the house facing the ocean.

Cancellation Policy (does not apply to Airbnb bookings): If Guest cancels the reservation more than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, Guest will be refunded 95% of any payments made. If Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, any payments made by Guest will be forfeited. No refunds will be given once final payment has been made. It is advised that Guest purchase Vacation Insurance through a third-party provider.
