the property was located very conveniently for my business trip. the building and room were in a very poor and bad condition sink broken shower hard to operate lock did not work had to get attendant to go open it the 3 times I needed to enter the room,

DO NOT STAY HERE

For one the pool was not open like they advertised then when we got to our room they tried to give someone else our room my kids turned the tv on and PORN was playing on the tv when we went to the beach the next day when we came back all out stuff was gone out of our room they said it was there mistake they thought we checked out ???? When I clearly paid for two night I got my stuff back but it was all mixed up and a mess the cops were there the whole time definitely will never be going back to this hotel ever again

Our first room smelled like skunk spray. We were able to change rooms in a reasonable time. The second room was clean and comfortable.

Booked but no rooms

I checked in on hotels.com, got to the hotel and they said they had no rooms. Had to book a more expensive hotel. Thanks hotels.com and quality inn.

Cozy Overnight in South St. Augustine

Just needed a simple place to stay after a concert. Front desk clerk was friendly and courteous both checking in and leaving. I was travelling with a friend and we booked separate rooms. Both were clean & comfortable with cold A/C. I guess this place has had roach problems in the past according to several older reviews. I did see one single roach just as we were checking out, but it looked like the place has finally gotten ahead of the problem.

It was in need of repainting. The ceiling looked like it was going to fall down. The bathroom was dingy with faucet handles almost falling off. The breakfast was all gone when we arrived at 8am.

The room #116 was a smoking twin queen. Quite old and run down of the structure itself. The valve that switched the water from bath to shower was frozen in the shower position. Smelled bad prob do to smoking, "HAD ROACHES". The matresses were way to soft for me. The clerk was nice and helpful and a great location near old St, Augustine. Great access to I-95.

Convenient location, price was reasonable compared to hotels near downtown. The price was still too high in my opinion for the conditions of the hotel. I found cigarette burns on the toilet seat also cracks and chips on surfaces. Short pet hair between the bed sheets. The towels and sheets of the bed were supposed to be white but they looked to be beige from stains and also some stains that looked to be food.The staff were very unwelcoming, always staring like they are looking for something wrong with serious faces. It looked to be only one lady cleaning while a man sat down staring at her. Very cold costumer service and experience at check in as well

God awful found a crack pipe measuring spoon , mold thick on ceiling in room and bathroom. Moisture was awful beds felt damp. Moved us to another room killed 6 roaches and beds felt damp Moisture was thick in that room molding ceiling. I bought comet to clean tub had dirty thick ring around the tub toilet was thick with urine running under bowl.
