Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Summerhouse is an excellent location and complex. The staff were wonderful and helpful as needed.The rental experience was less than acceptable. All units are owner owned and our unit SH241 building #9 was in need of some work. Dishwasher did not clean dishes, dryer was broken, vacuumn did not work, blinds were in need of repair. When we got there dishes in cupboard were put away dirty.Fan in master bedroom did not work at start, got resolved by staff. Nest thermostat was locked so staff had to call owner for cooling or heating changes very inconvenient . We have stayed at other units at Summerhouse and this is the only one we would say gets a failing grade. Better attention to details is needed by this owner. We would recommend summerhouse not this unit.
