As the listing notes, the Condo is near A1A and there is some road noise, most obvious at rush hour, but it's minimal between 10pm and 6am. Otherwise both the condo and community are very quiet and the beach was not crowded most of the week.
The pool is seconds away and it's about a 12 min walk through the community to the beach. It's a short driving distance to shopping and restaurants and we walked up the beach to a public access point to go to the Aussie coffee house
It's a beautiful stretch of beach with deep dunes; other nearby beaches have a lot of dune erosion.
The condo is stocked with numerous beach towels, several beach chairs, a beach wagon, and a few sand toys.
It was generally clean with the exception of some dusty spots on the furniture and the bath towels are a bit dingy from age.
My elderly mother who uses a walker and wheel chair was with us and it was very easy for her to enter the condo given it's location in the building.
Overall it's a great condo.
