2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath steps to boardwalk over dunes to beach/ocean. Golf Cart Rentals available.

Welcome to Surf Crest Village 23, This 2 bedroom ground floor cottage is steps to boardwalk over dunes to beach/ocean. It is a wonderful vacation cottage. Fully equipped kitchen with both full pot and keurig pots. Master host a king bed with full bath in hallway and guest a queen with 1/2 bath in-suite. Each room equipped with TV's. Beach towels and chairs are for guest enjoyment. The cottage offers two on-site private parking spaces and two visitor spaces are right across the drive. The beach and pool are just steps from cottage and enjoy many restaurants and shops 1/4 mile from the cottage. Charcoal grill provided, guests furnishes charcoal and lighter fluid. Must dump ashes before departing, cleaner charges $25 fee to dispose. We have many return guest. You will want to be that guest.
This property is also the perfect place for family reunions and weddings because we also offer unit 9 - 2/2, unit 25 a 4 bedroom cottage just steps from 23 in the Village. 3 night minimum stay. It is waiting for you.......

We had a great experience at this cottage. Everything was as advertised. The neighbors were friendly. The porch was great for watching the sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee. If you value quiet and privacy, as well as a super short walk to the beach, this cottage is perfect!

The cottage was even better than described! Unbelievably clean and fresh! Decor was a bit eclectic. location was beyond perfect, quite and private and rhe porch was a winner! We will absolutely be returning!

Wonderful location

We love SurfCrest Village and have stayed in this community several times throughout the years. This house is nicely situated so close to the beach you can hear the waves from the porch. The house is comfortable and we especially enjoyed the huge California King bed in the master. The listing makes it clear that the hosts provide only a starter kit of household goods and please be advised that is 100% accurate! (1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 trashbag for kitchen etc) so be prepared to buy some when you arrive to last your stay. Tvs in bedrooms small. Front door unlocking is a little tricky and the metal gets so hot in sun you practically need gloves or will be burnt. Host allowed an early check in and overall I highly recommend this house and hosts!

Great place for cozy getaway

Cottage was clean. All the amenities you would expect. Easy access to local beach and the restaurants and other activities in St. Augustine. Patio was great for relaxing and listening to the crash of the ocean waves. Would certainly stay at this property if we are in the area in the future.

Nice house but it was not asclean as we we would have liked.

House location was nice. House had hair in the bathroom floor. The comode was not clean. House had a musty smell. Air was not working when we got there but the manager was great getting someone there to fix it. Probably would not stay there again

Grandma’s cottage, cute community, great location

The cottage is cute and has so much potential but is in desperate need of love and care. Seemed like no one had been in it for a while- stagnant air/odor. Old mismatched furniture pieces and decor. Older kitchenware and electronics (couldn’t remember how to work DirectTV, lol). Back doors VERY hard to open and landscaping was overran. Location is great! Quiet community with pool (except for the lady in the parking lot that stood and stared at us with her hands on her hips while we unloaded and the neighbors leaving a note on the door with “neighbor considerate” instructions). Beach is right over dune with community only access in and out of boardwalk. Short drive to “city” amenities. Nothing too crazy to stop our girls weekend and would love to see this place updated like it’s neighbors have done.

Lovely beach front property

We came for a quick get away at the beach and it was lovely. We very much enjoyed the quiet location and easy beach access. The property is also well located for groceries and other shops. We are seniors not looking for night life. This property was perfect! We relaxed and enjoyed. Absolutely wonderful!

The beach life for me.

We enjoyed our one week stay at this charming cottage on St Augustine beach. The beach was just a short walk over the sand dunes and we were happy to hear the crashing waves while sitting on the front deck. This is our second visit to St Augustine. Last year we stayed in town to enjoy all the activities in this beautiful area. The Spanish architecture is amazing. This year we stayed on the beach and we both agree. If we come back to the area again it will be to stay on this beautiful beach.

Peaceful and quiet beach area

Loved staying at this cottage! The cottage is in the Surf Crest village - a lovely area - quiet, safe, and well cared for. The walk to the beach is minutes from the cottage, just down the path. The cottage was sparkling clean. Would love to return some day!
