Amazing place to stay!

We loved everything about the house! Great location with easy walk to the beach. Beach access was very private and clean. Pool and hot tub were amazing and we spent so much time outside on the patio! Beds were comfy and plenty of room in the house.

unacceptable/misleading

Vacated property after 3 nights due to pool not heated nor host responding to calls, text or emails at the number listed as instructed until I called VRBO customer service: Case # 137157387 on 2/26/2025 that property vacated 2/25/2025. Host responded to place his package from Amazon in the garage! Host then left voice message to call him, as he did not get any messages even from VRBO.

Do not book! Falsely advertised!

Highly disappointed in this property. Booked a girls trip to celebrate my 40th birthday. Purposely booked this rental for the jacuzzi as it’s February and we knew it would be too cold to enjoy the pool. As soon as we got to the property we put on our bathing suits and broke out the wine only to realize that the jacuzzi had been drained. When I called the property manager he assured me somebody would be by to come fix the problem. Nobody came. They also told me that maintenance had come the day before we were there, so I’m really at a loss as to how management didn’t know the jacuzzi wasn’t working. I received a phone call the next day that the jacuzzi was missing a part needed and that we would only be reimbursed for 100. I asked to be reimbursed at least one night considering one person flew in from DC, and another from NY. I still haven’t heard anything from the property manager. Besides the jacuzzi being drained, there were disgusting stains adorning the carpets, pet hair and stains on the couch in the living room, we killed a cockaroach in the bathroom upstairs, it was truly not up to par. I have photos of all of this besides the bug. We were all away from our children, away from our husbands all due to this false advertisement. DO NOT BOOK!

Beach getaway

The property was in a great location walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed the local charm and the house worked out great! Would not recommend downtown St. Augustine this time of year though. It was super busy and traffic is a disaster getting into town. Weekdays may be better. We had many options for dining and a Publix right there of the causeway. The property manager Michael was a pleasure to deal with and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable!
