Gull's Landing Guest Cottage

  • We are located in the heart of downtown St. Andrews, and free parking is provided for one vehicle.

    No need to drive anywhere! Everything is within walking distance. Whatever you are looking for, we have! Restaurants, pubs, pharmacy, grocery store, liquor store, boutiques, hardware store, recreational activities, whale watching, kayaking, bike tours, ghost tours, museums, kids activities, etc. The list goes on and on!

    Gulls Landing Guest Cottage has a beautiful, open concept entertaining/living space on the main level.

    A covered patio on the 2nd level in the front allows you to watch all of the festivities that Water St., St. Andrews has to offer.

    There are 2 water view patios on the back, with BBQ, and lounge furniture. Watch over Passamaquoddy Bay as the sailboats coast by, and in the evening experience the most breathtaking sunsets.

Wonderful visit to Gull’s Landing St. Andrew’s

Gull’s landing is a perfect spot. The house is delightful, the location is excellent. The top deck has a patio heater which is great to have on while we enjoyed the view of the harbour in the evening. Highly recommend!

Beautifully renovated and appointed home. Fully equipped kitchen was handy. The view off the master bedroom was very pretty in the morning. The central location on the Main Street was handy for walking to the shops and restaurants.

Great great great stay! Beautiful property, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, so many decks you don’t know where to sit for morning coffee! Which is included, by the way! Location is outstanding, walking distance to everything in St. Andrews! Super clean, and Karen was a great host. Couldn’t recommend more!

The home was lovely and very well equipped --- even having nice white bath robes for our use. The location was awesome being right on the waterfront and the balcony was great for spending time enjoying the view. We very much enjoyed our stay and would happily go back again.

We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this was the best. Perfect location, charming house and decor, equipped with everything. Can’t recommend enough.
