Warm and comfortable

A very pleasant, warm and comfortable few days at this hotel. The staff are helpful and charming and the food is very tasty. A bright and cheerful hotel.

Hotel owners need to improve hotel

Staff were faultless, WiFi in hotel does not work, given dongle which was just OK. TV had no English movie or sports channels, breakfast was fine. Overall nowhere near 4 star standard and definitely would not stay here again. Better amenities in house boats for alot less money.

Pessoal administrativo muito cordial na recepção e atendimento de quarto. Café da manhã bom. O único inconveniente é a água quente ser apenas pela manhã, tornando complicado o banho noturno no inverno.
