"Staff were very kind, helpful and happy. The pool was a big disappointment. Told we had to reserve a spot but could reserve ahead of time. We were able to use the pool at all the first day. Were able to get in early the morning before we left but found it very very cold, windows wide open. 1 specific staff member operating the bouncing castle was particularly amazing, she helped my daughter climb up the wall more times then we can count and we were very appreciative of her help."

"Good internet, but no actual desk in the King Suite. Also no table/chairs to sit at when eating. there are 2 bar stools to sit at the island at the kitchen but I am only 4'9" so that didn't work for me. So I stood at the island to eat/work on my laptop. It was nice having a kitchen but the microwave is over the stove and the cupboards are higher so if I hadn't had my husband on the trip with me I would not have been able to use the microwave and would have had to ask hotel staff for a stool so I could reach the dishes. It doesn't tell you on the website that typically the room is only done every 2nd day but if we needed towels sooner we just called down and asked and I didn't care if the bed was made every day. Living room couch and chair were very low. No dresser in the bedroom just 2 bedside tables each with 1 drawer. there is open shelves in the living room with decorative items so I just used them to fold our clothes onto (10 day trip) We would stay here again as it was clean, quiet and I always felt safe."

"This hotel is in a great location! Our rental mini van was huge but they assured us it would fit in the parking lot. It did fit but it was really challenging to get into and out of a spot safely. I ended up scraping side on a pole one time. Our breakfast was included with our hotels.com status and was very delicious and fresh. I wouldn’t pay $28 a person though. Everything was clean, room pretty small but beds were not very comfortable. Overall for the price and location I would stay again. "
