「This is a great hotel with excellent staff. The cottages were excellent, spacious, well spread out and located in a beautifully manicured gardens amidst dense forest. The staff is professional, pleasant, effective and very courteous. The food at the venue is excellent. The facilities at the hotel are great. The view point at the hotel is mesmerising. The breakfast was varied , lots of choices and we also enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant. 「The staff and service at Niraamaya is the best thing about this property. They go out of the way to make you comfortable. The food tastes like home and overall it was a great experience. The rooms and the amenities at the hotel are outdated. The pool was unusable. 」
