"The staff was helpful and engaging, the manager seeming to be everywhere at once. 😊. The property was immaculate with so many thoughtful touches. Very convenient location and parking. The private beach was perfect — clean, quiet, chairs/umbrellas/towels available— and allowed great boat watching. Our room was simple but very comfortable and had everything we needed, including a small fridge with freezer and a microwave. No room cleaning/refresh services were offered and we did not ask about them — there were extra towels in the room and we were fine on our own, but just be aware. Wonderful — we would absolutely stay again!! 😊"

"Would have liked a map to the grounds. Forgot or didn’t know there was a pool. I asked about a dining room and was told no but it was obvious at breakfast they had one and a bar for the evening. Staff was helpful at recommending a dinner place offsite at checkin however. Staff Was not aware of ferry parking for Martha’s Vineyard."

"I enjoyed the Morgan Hotel in which the room and sheets were clean. There were plenty of towels to go to the beach. Lastly, there were friendly staff in the midst of the great location in the Oak Bluffs area."

"We truly enjoyed our stay at The Franklin. The location was great, the spaces were clean and well maintained, the staff was helpful and courteous, and the room was pleasant and comfortable. The common kitchen space was convenient and a great feature. A few small nit picky things: The bathroom door in our room was not aligned properly so it was difficult to close and made quite a bit of noise, which was disturbing to a partner sleeping. Likewise, the french door leading to the rear patio on the 1st floor was extremely difficult to close, especially with items in one's hand. As I said, these were minor irritations which would not preclude me from returning, nor should it deter anyone from staying here,"
