The room smelled really bad. I was going to try and change rooms, but I got in late and planned to leave early, so I let it go. The staff were friendly. The only problem was the smell. I stayed here a couple of nights ago and had no problems with that room.
The rooms do not have air conditioning and our room is currently 82 degrees .the parking lot has many sketchy people roaming around all hours of the night . Also our tv did not work If you are a regular family looking for a safe room for a stay in Eugene I’d look elsewhere for sure .

We apologize for the inconvenience. Our motel does not have a typical A/C system and is not as cold as some. We try our best to accommodate for the warm weather. Our pool will be open at the end of this month, if you wish to come back and visit us then. Until then, safe travels and thank you for choosing Motel 6
For a "Non-Smoking" hotel there were cigarette butts EVERYWHERE; for a "Dog Friendly" property there were sign indicating a fine would be issued to the pet owners that didn't pick up after their pets which didn't do any good as the lawn areas all around the property were loaded with piles of poop and every surface around the motel was covered in dog urine. It appears people actually live at this hotel which was interesting. In our room the heater and TV did not work. I wouldn't recommend this location, I had never stayed at a Motel 6 and hope to not have to again.

Motel has reputation throughout community as unrecommended and unsafe. No Kleenex, no coffee pot in room, no clock, nothing but a bar of soap, ants on the floor and bathroom counter.

We had a good experience with motel 6 in a different city so decided to book it again. But in this hotel the rooms were tiny. They smelled like someone was smoking there and then they just dumped a whole bottle of air freshener. We had to open a window to sleep because it smelled so bad. And we were on the first floor so that didn’t feel so safe. The bathroom smelled horrible. Like someone peed all over it. My husband even went and washed the floor thinking it would help to get the smell out, nope it didn’t. It was so disgusting we didn’t even shower there, couldn’t wait till the night was over so we couldn’t be out of there.

Overall for the price it was okay. My complaint is that I reserved a queen bed with fridge/microwave, got a confirmation but they were unable to deliver. First room they put us in didn’t have the fridge/microwave which I vetoed because of diet issues. After much searching they gave us a different room, this was our only option & it had 2 double beds which I despise & then had the gall to say we didn’t chg u extra for having the 2 beds.
The only reason we stayed (I wanted to leave) was Jennifer the amazing front desk clerk, who actually offered to help us with unloading our car & carried an extremely heavy cooler for us 2x ( no rooms available on bottom floor) up numerous stairs.

Room was clean, but bed was firm and uneven. You can hear the people talk through the walls. No a.c. this time of the year, I couldnt sleep or get comfortable because the room was too hot.
Seems like a lot of people actually live in the rooms. Outside seemed sketchy.
As soon as I checked in, they changed my room and didnt explain I was getting 2 double beds instead of a queen. I was NOT happy with my room. I couldn't sleep with my husband and I lost space for my 2 big dogs because of them changing my reservation request. I was also expecting a bathtub not a stand-up shower. I will never stay at this location again.

I give Hannah from the front office 5 stars! Warning: you need to bring your own shampoo. Close to restaurants, gas station, and I-5 on ramps. Room was spartan but clean. TVs and talking noise from adjacent rooms, but quiet in the late hours.

Motel 6 isn't usually a 5 star property... but this is one of the nicest ones I've ever stayed in. The staff were sweet, the room clean, bed stiff.
The PROBLEM was Expedia itself! Their code to pay the hotel didn't come through. So the hotel billed me for my room and Expedia has too. So I'm supposed to go back in the morning to get one of them to refund me.

Well the rooms are freezing cold and have NO real working heat. My hands and feet were numb the entire stay because I could not get warm. There is NO coffee available except at 6am at the front desk surrounded by homeless. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room is super small. One bed for two adults a baby and toddler. Not even a fridge or microwave. Waste of money.

Basic, but clean and a good bed. There were some older RVs parked adjacent, which looked like the type used by semi-homeless people. So, not really unsafe, but questionable temporary neighbors. Otherwise, surrounded by nice business buildings and a storage facility.

It said air conditioning, but we couldn't find the air conditioning unit. It was warm in the room . I had to open the window a little to let the cool air in.

We stayed because we had to pick up from the airport! So it was easy in and out !
We have done this before. Parking was tight we had to park in the next section!
We had dogs next and they were very well mannered.
I had mentioned I was handicap but parking was a walk !

The woman in the next room runs some kind of all-night business. Lots of knocks on the door, talking, vehicles leaving until after 3 am. Didn’t get any sleep. I would never stay there again.

We went to the place and nobody were in office,there was no power in that hotel.I call them but nobody pick my phone.We didn't check in because the hotel were closed.I need my refund and i dont know how.
