In a word -- exquisite!

The room was very clean and had all the necessities. The breakfast was delicious and the lady was so sweet and welcoming. Loved the contactless check in. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful warm yet modern design - ripe for Architectural Digest. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Morning breakfast is terrific. Cute town to navigate within steps of the hotel.

The games and pool table in the lobby was a great bonus. The view over the water was beautiful to watch the sunrise.

It’s a great place to stay and we like the breakfast!

A pleasant experience

Excellent

Every time I go to the Boltwood, I feel like I’m home. They treat you with such care and kindness.

Great place to stay. Very clean. Friendly staff. Loved the large room TV and cable service along with the free WiFi. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is great! The location is right off the highway, making it convenient to get to many areas quickly, using I91 or Riverdale Rd. Breakfast is good, standard hotel food, but fresh. Hot coffee, tea, cocoa available all day and night in the lobby. The lobby is big and a nice area to sit and visit or to just get out of your room for a while. The mall is down the street, and Cracker Barrel, is behind the hotel, McDonalds, and Dunkin’ Donuts in front off. We stay here every time we are in...

We stayed in a spacious, clean bedroom. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had many options

Had a very great stay Staff were so polite and help me around and also gave me a extra hour after check out time Will definitely come stay again

Bathroom needs more lighting and shelves in the shower. Also needs a full length mirror in the room. Better options for bringing luggage in without the mile long walk from the garage.

Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the woman I met working the breakfast shift on Monday was so pleasant, funny, and friendly! Would recommend this hotel to a friend or family member.

I just needed to get away the rooms was nice and big the shower was lovely and the water stayed hot all of 45 minutes. I was able to relax, watch some tv in peace and think

They have re done this hotel and it is all very nice and clean

Great stay. We always love staying in this brand of hotel. The breakfast is amazing, the room are clean and the staff is very friendly

The hotel is under revision which is fine. They are doing the best they can. The staff is fabulous, friendly, and helpful. I'm sure in a few weeks with all the updates, the place will be wonderful.
