Check-in is easy, the pictures are accurate, the kitchen and bathroom are great, and the location in downtown Northampton is super walkable to cafes, shops, Smith, etc. If I'm ever back anywhere near the area, I will definitely try to stay there again. 10/10"

"Laid-back location, sitting in the gazebo to watch the horses graze was just what we needed to unplug. Hosts Brent and Claire were terrific, friendly with clear communication (check-in, directions, etc) and they put lots of thought into making a welcoming space. Well-appointed, clean and much seemed brand new. Got to meet their wonderful dogs too. Would definitely stay here again."

"Spent the weekend of the 4th here in CT. The apartment building itself is a little iffy and the stairwell to the apartment left a lot to be desired but the room itself was very nice and well supplied with usable amenities. We really only needed the room to sleep at night so it suited our needs quite nicely. Given the lack of nice hotels in the area we would be more than happy to stay here again."
